In possession of highly desirable data on the UK’s affordable housing market, the owners of Social Housing & Inside Housing brought us in to help launch Housing Expert, a new data intelligence platform bringing together unrivalled information for the sector. Our task was to build a strong brand identity and position, supported by a clear campaign message.
Building the foundations:
Key to the launch was to create a distinctive campaign that stood apart from existing communications in the affordable housing sector. Bringing together unrivalled data on finance, stock and development pipeline, here was a brand new platform that, for the very first time, placed all the data & insight needed at the fingertips of those that needed it. Whenever they needed it. Understanding this strength allowed us to get straight to the heart of what matters – HousingExpert helps people make financially significant decisions with greater confidence. Identifying a series of business challenges, and deliberately eschewing predictable images of housing to cut through the noise, we created a series of illustrative ads that set out the problems facing the sector, with a common solution – HousingExpert.
